A Note from the Founder
I started Untrapped Holdings 035 because I saw the same problem everywhere: small businesses, NGOs, and public programmes losing time and money to undocumented processes, missed funding deadlines, and POPIA non-compliance. These are not problems that require a R50,000 consulting engagement. They require someone who understands SETA reporting, ISO documentation, and digital infrastructure to sit down and build the system.
That is what UH035 does. Every deliverable is designed to run on a standard laptop or phone, hosted on affordable infrastructure, and documented well enough that a new team member can follow the process within three days. I hold myself accountable for the data I touch. If I cause a breach, I accept liability up to the engagement value. Professional indemnity insurance is in place.
The educational mission drives everything. Abridged Knowledge 035 provides free career tools to 10,000+ South African youth. The commercial work funds the operational infrastructure. The two streams are separate, transparent, and documented.
